在模式场匹配理论和注波互作用非线性理论的基础上,对TE01模W波段回旋速调管冷腔模型进行了模拟分析,通过分析结果建立了4腔高频系统粒子模拟模型,并对其注波互作用进行了详细分析、计算,优化得到在注电压为75kV,注电流为15A,磁场为3.29T,输入功率为72W,纵横速度比α为1.5时,输出功率为362kW,效率超过32%,增益为37dB的设计模型。
Based on the theory of mode field matching and the nonlinear theory of wave injection interaction, the cold cavity model of TE01 W-band gyroklystron was simulated and analyzed. The particle simulation model of 4-cavity HF system was established based on the analysis results. The injection wave interaction is analyzed in detail, and the output power is 362kW when the injection voltage is 75kV, the injection current is 15A, the magnetic field is 3.29T, the input power is 72W, the aspect ratio speed is 1.5, the efficiency is over 32%, gain of 37dB design model.
