权力是作为人民主权下的附属产品存在的,权力来源于人民,那么权力必然就受到来源主体的监督。对权力运行的监督应该从加强党对权力运行的监督,以权力制衡模式实现法律监督。对权力的监督需要建立权力监督制约机制,最终还是要靠法律化、制度化、规范化来保证。
Power exists as ancillary products under the sovereignty of the people, and power comes from the people, so the power is bound to be supervised by the subject of the source. The supervision of the operation of power should strengthen the party’s supervision of the operation of power and the legal supervision by the mode of power checks and balances.
