由于建筑立面及建筑功能的需求,苏河湾41街坊41C多处采用了转换结构,其中2层北面大厅使用了搭接柱转换结构。为了保证结构的安全性,用SATWE和MIDAS/Building进行了结构整体分析,计算结果表明各项指标均符合《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)要求。根据搭接柱转换结构的受力特点,进行了与搭接块相连的梁、板结构的受力分析以及搭接块的设计和应力分析,分析结果表明,在搭接块宽度较小的情况下,与搭接块相连的梁、板的设计由罕遇地震作用结果控制,并且应通过加强措施增强其轴向刚度。除了按设计要点对搭接块进行设计外,还可设置芯柱以增加其延性。
Due to the needs of building facades and building functions, 41C neighborhoods in Suhewan have adopted conversion structures in many places, of which two-story north hall uses a lapped pillar conversion structure. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, the overall structural analysis is carried out with SATWE and MIDAS / Building.
