北方地区在进行池塘河蟹养殖过程中,因水源短缺,换水困难,加之北方地区气温较低,养成期短,导致河蟹成活率较低,河蟹生长缓慢、规格小、品质较差、河蟹养殖的经济效益不高,同时,还容易出现水质恶化、疾病多发等现象。近年来,许多资料报道,光合细菌在水域中能利用多种有机物和铵盐而迅速增殖,从而可降低养殖水域中的COD和NH_3—N含量,并增加溶氧量,起到预防疾病的作用。笔者去年在秦皇岛市某养殖场利用光合细菌进行了河蟹养殖的水质净化试验和饵料添加试验,取得了较好的效果。
