近年来,我国房地产经济过热,房价居高不下,在这样的背景下,国务院颁布限购令来平抑房价,限购令确实起到了明显的降低房价的作用,但是限购令本身却不是长久之计,因此为了长远的对房地产价格进行调控,也为了减少公众的质疑声音,必须将限购令转化为一种可以持续作用的长效机制,本文试从经济和法律两方面找到一些将限购令转化为长效机制的途径。
In recent years, China’s real estate economy overheated and house prices remain high. Under such background, the State Council issued a purchase order to stabilize housing prices. The purchase restriction did indeed play a significant role in lowering housing prices. However, the purchase restriction itself is not a long-term solution. Therefore, In order to regulate the price of real estate in the long run, and to reduce the public’s voice of doubt, it is necessary to translate the restriction order into a long-term mechanism that can be sustained. This article tries to find some ways to translate the restriction order into a long-term Mechanism of the way.
