本文讨论用活塞式压缩机将某一容器内的气体充入另一容器时,压缩机所需的最大功率及充气所需的时间。 若被抽气容器的体积为V1米3(包括吸气管道的容积)容器内气体压力为P1大气压(绝对压力),抽气前容器内气体的温度为T(1)0K。被充气容器的体积为V2米3(包括排气管道的容积)充气前容器内气体压力P2大气压(绝对压力),充气前容器内气体温度为T(2)0K。抽充气装置系数如图1所示。
This article discusses the maximum power required by a compressor and the time it takes to inflate when a piston compressor is used to fill the gas in one container with another. If the volume of the evacuated container is V1 m3 (including the volume of the suction pipe), the pressure of the gas in the container is P1 atm (absolute pressure) and the temperature of the gas in the container before evacuating is T (1) 0K. The volume of the inflated container is V2 m 3 (including the volume of the exhaust pipe). The gas pressure in the container before inflation P2 is atmospheric pressure (absolute pressure) and the gas temperature in the container before inflation is T (2) 0K.
