采用高温固相法成功制备了K_(1-x)Sr_4(BO3_)_3···xPr~(3+)发光材料。X射线衍射图谱表明,所合成的样品具有Ama2空间点群对称结构。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,样品颗粒分散度和结晶性好,形貌不规则且表面分布有毛绒状细丝。当Pr~(3+)的掺杂摩尔分数为1%时,样品发光强度最大。样品吸收光谱、漫反射光谱与激发谱、发射谱呈现良好的镜像关系。
K_ (1-x) Sr_4 (BO3_) _3 · xPr ~ (3+) luminescent materials were successfully prepared by solid-state reaction at high temperature. X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the synthesized sample has a point symmetry structure of Ama2 space point. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the sample particle dispersion and good crystallinity, irregular shape and surface distribution of plush filaments. When Pr ~ (3+) doping molar fraction of 1%, the sample luminous intensity maximum. The absorption spectrum, diffuse reflection spectrum, excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of sample show a good mirror image relationship.
