格兰氏染色是植物病原细菌分类根据之一。进行常规的格兰氏染色,必须配制染色剂,在染色过程中如酒精褪色掌握不当,染色反应容易混淆。据国外文献介绍,将细菌移在金氏培养基B(KB agar)上培养后,用氢氧化钾水溶液处理,就可以区别格兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌。根据以上方法,用六种植物原细菌和枯草杆菌进行试验,反应明确。82—83年在教学和科研上应用,收到良好效果。一、材料和方法
