党的十八大报告首次将“纯洁性建设”列入党的建设的主线,并写入新修改的《党章》之中,反映出在新形势下党对执政党自身建设规律的深刻把握。纯洁性是马克思主义政党的本质属性,保持党的纯洁性是马克思主义政党不懈追求的价值目标;党员干部是党的中坚力量,保持党员干部的纯洁是保持党的纯洁的关键。文章在问卷调查的基础上,对当前党的干部队伍在纯洁性方面存在的问题及主要原因进行了分析,并在此基础上有针对性地对开展党的纯洁性建设提出相应的对策思路。
For the first time, the report on the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China listed “pure construction” as the main line of party building and written into the newly revised “party constitution,” reflecting the party’s profound understanding of the law governing the building of the ruling party in the new situation grasp. Purity is the essential attribute of a Marxist political party. Maintaining the purity of the party is a value goal relentlessly pursued by Marxist political parties. Party members and cadres are the backbone of the party and maintaining the purity of party members and cadres is the key to maintaining the purity of the party. Based on the questionnaire survey, the article analyzes the existing problems and the main reasons for the purity of the party’s cadre contingent, and on this basis, puts forward corresponding countermeasures for carrying out the party’s purity construction.
