小麦核雄性不育是小麦杂种优势利用途径之一。但小麦核不育往往由于缺乏稳定的保持系而限制了其应用。标记性状尤其是籽粒颜色标记是解决核不育小麦保持问题的一种较理想的途径。蓝标型小麦核不育体系的育成和矮秆基因的导入,为小麦核不育杂优利用创造了基础材料。利用籽粒颜色标记太谷核不育小麦,对于其育种应用和杂优利用有一定意义。作者还对VE型不育系的蓝粒标记,蓝标型不育保持系的粒色表现及杂种优势的表现等问题进行了讨论。
Wheat nuclear male sterility is one of the ways to utilize wheat heterosis. However, wheat nuclear infertility often limits its application due to the lack of a stable maintenance system. Marked traits, especially grain color markers, are a better way to solve the problem of nuclear sterility in wheat. The breeding of blue-labeled wheat nuclear sterile system and the introduction of dwarf gene have created the basic materials for the utilization of wheat nuclear sterile hybrids. The use of grain color to mark Taigu nuclear sterile wheat has some significance for its breeding application and utilization. The authors also discussed the blue-grain marker of VE CMS, the color performance of blue-type CMS and the performance of heterosis.
