煤炭生产、煤炭运输、发电、输电到用电的煤电能源供应链各个环节之间需要协调发展,煤炭价格、购售电价、电源布局、环境约束等多种风险源均可通过供应链进行风险传递与扩展,造成风险损失扩大。针对上述风险源,基于一般供应链的风险管理理论,从煤电能源供应链的价格传导风险控制、产能规模匹配与协调风险控制和节能减排环境下的风险控制3个方面对国内外相关研究进行了综述。结果表明针对煤电能源供应链中各单一环节风险控制的研究较多,但缺乏煤电能源供应链整体风险传递机制、扩展路径及协调控制的研究,因此,提出煤电能源供应链全面风险控制的研究思路,为煤电能源供应链的风险管理提供参考。
