我国加入ＷＴＯ在即，动物及动物产品广泛参与国际流通已成为必然。因此，我们更加需要了解ＯＩＥ的工作及其规则，使我国动物防疫工作逐步与国际标准和规则接轨，提高动物产品卫生质量，促进畜产品出口，保证畜牧业持续高效发展。从本期起将陆续介绍有关ＯＩＥ情况，供同行参考。
As China’s accession to the WTO is imminent, extensive participation of animal and animal products in international circulation has become an inevitable result. Therefore, we need to know more about the work of the OIE and its rules so that the animal epidemic prevention in our country will gradually be in line with international standards and rules, improve the hygiene quality of animal products, promote the export of livestock products, and ensure the sustainable and efficient development of animal husbandry.
