随着高校的扩招,艺术类专业的学生数量逐年增加,高校艺术类学生的思想教育工作也随之出现了一些新的特点和难题。在此从艺术类学生的特点出发,从发挥专业教师的教书育人作用、加强队伍建设、建立健全高校心理咨询体系、加强校园文化建设等方面提出了做好艺术类专业学生教育管理的创新途径。 With the enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the number of students majoring in arts has been increasing year by year.
