公共文化服务的主要目的是,充分满足公众对文化的需要以及提升公众的文化生活质量、文化素质。此项工作的开展,主要经公共部门供给,不仅包括为公众提供精神文化享受,还是维持社会可持续发展、生存必需的文化环境、文化条件的公共服务行为、产品的总称,同时也是整个公共文化服务体系建设的核心内容。在基层文化工作开展过程中,“文化春雨行动”作为一种全新的工作方式,且将其运用到公共文化服务中,对当地文化发展起到很大的作用。鉴于此,本次重点对深圳“文化春雨行动”在基层文化服务中的作用做深入研究,以期为今后深圳“文化春雨行动”工作的开展提供一定的参考依据。
