用~3H—TdR掺入DNA法体外检测了5只猪用纯化的人工肝疫苗免疫前后的淋巴细胞增殖水平。结果免疫后20d,PHA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖的cpm值显著升高(P<0.01)。免疫后40d,加入乙肝疫苗培养的实验组的cpm值比空白对照组明显升高(P<0.05);加入乙肝疫苗和HBV—TF的PHA诱导试验组均比单独PHA诱导的cpm值升高。
The proliferation of lymphocytes in 5 pigs before and after immunization with purified artificial liver vaccine was tested in vitro by ~ 3H-TdR incorporation DNA method. Results The cpm of PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation increased significantly (P <0.01) 20 days after immunization. At 40 days after immunization, the cpm value of the experimental group which was added with the hepatitis B vaccine was significantly higher than that of the blank control group (P <0.05). The PHA-induced test group with hepatitis B vaccine and HBV-TF increased cpm value than the PHA alone group.
