无底柱分段崩落法有很多优点,但矿石回收率低,工作面通风条件差,还需进一步实现强化开采等。这些问题的关键是装矿平巷的结构。本文根据不同的矿床赋存条件,矿岩的稳定性提出了短距拉底结构、全面拉底结构、房柱拉底结构三种低分段崩落法。这些方法保留了无底柱分段崩落法的回采顺序和工艺流程,着重改革了底部结构,并对各种方法的采场结构要素进行了探讨。这些方法的实施,将降低岩巷的采准工作量和采切比,缩短采场周期,提高开采强度。
There are many advantages of subsea caving method, but the ore recovery rate is low, poor ventilation conditions, the need to further strengthen the mining and so on. The key to these problems is the structure of mine roadway. According to the different deposit conditions and the stability of ore rock, three kinds of low-subsidence methods are put forward, namely short-distance pull-bottom structure, full-pull-bottom structure, These methods retain the sequence and process flow of the pillarless caving method, emphasize the reform of the bottom structure and discuss the structural elements of various stopes. The implementation of these methods will reduce the rock access and mining cut-off than the workload to shorten the stope cycle, improve mining strength.
