Since the reform and opening up, China’s foreign trade has also deepened. International economic law has adopted the principles of investment, taxation and admittance to safeguard the sovereignty and economic interests of the country. This will be conducive to perfecting the foreign economic legislation and will better expand foreign economic cooperation and technological exchanges on the basis of guaranteeing the establishment of the contract.
