建设企业和谐劳动关系,不能停留于观念层面,需要探求可操作的要素或指标。和谐劳动关系的指标主要有劳动合同指标、工资报酬指标、社会保险指标、劳动保护与劳动安全指标、民主管理指标、职工文化和技能发展指标、权益实现指标、企业投资环境指标、企业发展指标、企业内部规范管理指标十大类指标,其中每一大类指标又可细分为诸多具体指标。这些指标在整个劳动关系指标体系中权重是不同的。
