1976年在班加罗尔农业科学大学的Gandhi Krishi Vigana Kendra,进行了对Alphonso芒果栽培种果实的物理学和生物化学成分,它们与贮存寿命的关系及收获后各种处理对其贮存寿命影响等的研究。收获后处理包括使用不同厚度、不同孔数的塑料袋盛装;在室内条件下应用不同的内吸杀菌剂;只用蜡乳浊液涂封和用蜡乳浊液涂封结合使用杀菌剂消毒。
In 1976 Gandhi Krishi Vigana Kendra of the Agricultural Science University of Bangalore conducted a study on the physical and biochemical composition of the fruits of the mango cultivars of Alphonso, their relationship with the shelf life and the effects of various treatments on their shelf-life after harvest. Postharvest treatments include the use of plastic bags of varying thickness and number of holes for dressings; application of different systemic fungicides under indoor conditions; coating with wax emulsion alone and coating with a combination of wax emulsion and disinfectant with bactericide.
