针对回转体零件圆度误差的检测和分析,设计了一套与磨削加工同步进行的圆度误差在线检测分析系统。确定系统的总体方案,设计专用测头机构,阐述测量原理。利用Lab VIEW软件平台,对采集到的数据进行滤波处理。采用最小二乘法进行圆度误差评定,实现了圆度误差在线测量。
Aiming at the detection and analysis of the roundness error of the rotating body parts, a set of roundness error on-line detection and analysis system is designed in synchronization with the grinding process. Determine the overall program of the system, design special probe body, elaborate the principle of measurement. Using LabVIEW software platform, the collected data is filtered. The least squares method was used to evaluate the roundness error and the on-line measurement of roundness error was realized.
