目的 :应用CCl4 诱导的小鼠肝纤维化 ,观察两种中药复方对肝纤维化小鼠腹膜淋巴孔的调控作用和治疗腹水的意义。方法 :( 1)用CCl4 灌胃建立小鼠肝纤维化模型 ;( 2 )应用两种中药复方灌胃观察药物对肝纤维化的预防和治疗作用 ;( 3)以HE和VG染色 ,病理组织学观察 ;( 4 )扫描电镜和计算机图像处理 ;( 5)尿量及尿离子浓度检测。结果 :两种中药复方的预防组和治疗组肝组织病理变化轻 ,腹膜淋巴孔孔径增大 ,开放数量增多 ,分布密度高。尿量和尿Na+排出增多。其中中药复方Ⅰ组的作用优于中药复方Ⅱ组。结论 :两种中药复方均有明显减轻肝组织纤维化作用 ,并能调控腹膜淋巴孔 ,促进腹膜腔内液体转归 ,使尿量和尿Na+排出增加 ,减轻水钠潴留 ,具有良好的治疗腹水作用
Objective : To investigate the regulation of peritoneal lymphatic stomata in mice with liver fibrosis and the significance of the treatment of ascites by using CCl4 induced liver fibrosis in mice. Increased urine output and urinary Na+ excretion. Among them, the effect of Chinese herbal compound I group is better than that of Chinese compound compound II group. Conclusion: Both Chinese herbal formulae significantly reduce the liver fibrosis, and can regulate the peritoneal lymphatic stomata, promote peritoneal cavity fluid return, increase urine output and urinary Na+ excretion, relieve sodium and sodium retention, and have good treatment for ascites. effect
