2011年11月16～18日,2011年新方志论坛在广西壮族自治区南宁市举办,论坛的主题是方志文化、改革开放,对方志文化和方志事业的可持续发展和新编地方志记述改革开放的编修理论和实践问题进行研讨。此次论坛由中国地方志指导小组办公室、《中国地方志》编辑部主办,广西壮族自治区地方志办公、广西壮族自治区地方志协会承办。中国地方志指导小组秘书长兼办公室主任李富强出席论坛并讲话。此次论坛有方志界和科研院校的有关学者共60余人参加。论坛共收到论文及论文提纲49篇,有28位专家学者作主题发言。论坛先后由《中国地方志》主
From November 16 to November 18, 2011, the New Local Records Forum 2011 was held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The theme of the forum was local culture, reform and opening up, the sustainable development of local culture and local history, Editing theoretical and practical issues for discussion. This forum is sponsored by the Office of China Local History Guidance Group and the editorial department of China Local History, and is hosted by the Local Records Office of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Local Records Association of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Li Fenqiang, secretary general and director of the office of the Chinese local gazetteer steering group, attended the forum and made a speech. More than 60 scholars from the academic circles and research institutes attended the forum. The forum has received 49 theses and dissertations, and 28 experts and scholars have made keynote speeches.
