背景:中央纪委监察部网刊发文章《学习贯彻执行廉洁自律准则和党纪处分条例之五——聚焦突出问题体现管党治党新实》,文章指出,一些腐败分子为了保住并攫取更大经济利益,在政治上有更大的诉求,从而搞团团伙伙、搞小圈子,这对党造成的损害更大,严重危害党和国家政治安全。(2015年12月21日《中国新闻网》)
