将丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、两种不同分子量的TPEG在水溶液中通过自由基聚合反应,合成了具有梳状结构及良好早强效果的聚羧酸系高性能减水剂。测试了该减水剂的应用性能。结果表明该减水剂具有较高的减水率,能较大幅度提高混凝土的早期强度,适用配制有早期强度要求的高性能混凝土。
Polyacrylic acid, sodium methallyl sulfonate, TPEG with two different molecular weights were synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution to synthesize polycarboxylate based superplasticizer with comb-like structure and good early-strength effect. The performance of the water reducer was tested. The results show that the water reducer has a higher water reduction rate, which can greatly improve the concrete early strength, suitable for the preparation of early strength requirements of high performance concrete.
