笔者就《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称新课标)中重点修订部分的理解,结合济南市对新课标的学习培训工作,从如何在新形势下“提高教师贯彻新课标,构建地方和校本课程,提高教师的执行力”三个方面表达个人见解。第一部分新修订课标解读一、要充分认识学习新课标的重要性、迫切性作为一名基层体育教研员,需要认真学习、解读新课标,把握正确的课改方向,进而指导、帮助一线教师对新课标的理解与把握,强化教师对新课程改革的认知,进一步优化体育教学质量。
