预防和控制心血管疾患(高血压及冠心病)已成为当代医学科学重要的攻关课题之一。为了解不同地区、不同城乡学生的血压和高血压情况,以及探讨影响血压有关因素,为开展高血压防治工作提供参考,我们于1985年4~5月按中国学生体质、健康测试细则,统一方法、统一仪器,在湖北省抽取有代表性的3个城市、3个地区:武汉市(平原)、黄石市(丘陵)、襄樊市(平原)、郧阳地区(山区)、武汉郊县(平原)、荆州地区(平原),对22,456名7~18岁的学生进行了血压测量,并对有关的因素进行了探讨。一、不同地区、不同城市学生的血压水平及增长幅度湖北省男、女各年龄组血压均数随年龄的增长而逐渐增加,其变化规律与报导一致。三个城市7~18岁男女学生收缩压均值以
The prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases (hypertension and coronary heart disease) has become one of the most important research topics in contemporary medical science.
