高校人事档案管理是组织人事工作的重要内容,是高校人力资源管理的重要组成部分。随着经济体制改革和高校人事制度改革的不断深入,高校人事档案管理要紧跟时代,适应形势,不断创新,为高校人事工作和人才资源的开发工作更好地服务。本文就深刻认识人事档案管理工作的重要性;人事档案管理人员应具备的基本素质;高校人事档案管理人员的素质现状;提高高校人事档案管理人员素质应采取的措施等问题进行了探讨。
Personnel files management in colleges and universities is an important part of organizing personnel work and an important part of human resources management in colleges and universities. With the reform of the economic system and the reform of college personnel system, the management of personnel records in universities should keep pace with the times, adapt to the situation and innovate constantly so as to better serve the development of personnel and personnel resources in colleges and universities.
