在经济全球化发展的形势下,世界经济和技术发展的趋势体现为能源节约、绿色环保等以低碳经济为主要特征的可持续发展理念。经济全球化下生产要素跨国跨地区的流动,带来了新航道的开辟与旧航线的改变,并创造了对各类运输船舶的更大需求,给船舶行业带来新的发展机遇,但同样该机遇与可持续发展的理念的提出也给后续船舶建造提出了更高的要求,如更侧重安全性、低能耗与信息技术。随着国际海事新公约、标准以及各种规范的颁布实施,极大地影响了海船的设计、制造以及运营。本文将从船企技术创新角度,对其影响因素进行调查分析。
Under the situation of economic globalization, the trend of world economic and technological development is embodied in the concept of sustainable development featuring low-carbon economy such as energy saving and green environmental protection. The transnational and trans-regional flow of factors of production under economic globalization has brought about the opening up of new shipping routes and the change of old shipping routes and has created greater demand for various types of shipping vessels and brought new opportunities for development for the shipping industry. However, This opportunity and the concept of sustainable development also put forward higher requirements for subsequent shipbuilding, such as more emphasis on safety, low energy consumption and information technology. With the promulgation and implementation of the new international maritime conventions, standards and various norms, the design, manufacture and operation of marine vessels have been greatly affected. In this paper, we will investigate and analyze its influencing factors from the perspective of shipbuilding technology innovation.
