在复合材料制造过程中经高温冷却后,由于基体与增强体之间的热膨胀系数存在显著差异,在基体与增强体的界面会产生热残余应力场。此残余应力场对复合材料的力学性能会产生重要的影响。该文采用三维光弹性实验应力分析方法,对直线形及异形端钩纤维与树脂基界面残余应力分布进行了测试,确定出沿纤维埋入方向的界面剪应力分布规律。利用有限元软件对单纤维增强树脂基模型界面残余应力进行了计算。实验结果表明:在单纤维与基体界面的埋入端及埋入末端附近出现界面残余剪应力的极值,纤维增强复合材料中界面残余应力传递主要集中在纤维的埋入端及埋入末端附近。
After the high temperature cooling in the manufacturing process of composites, the thermal residual stress field will be generated at the interface between the substrate and the reinforcing body due to the significant difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the substrate and the reinforcing body. This residual stress field has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the composites. In this paper, the three-dimensional photoelastic experimental stress analysis method was used to test the residual stress distribution of linear and irregular end hook fiber and resin-based interface, and the distribution of interfacial shear stress along the fiber embedding direction was determined. The finite element software was used to calculate the residual stress of single fiber reinforced resin matrix model. The experimental results show that there is an extreme value of residual shear stress at the interface between the single fiber and the substrate and the residual stress in the fiber reinforced composite is mainly concentrated near the embedded end and the embedded end of the fiber .
