本文研究了表油菜素内酯(BR)对小麦根质膜H+-ATPase和铁氰化钾还原酶活性的影响。用0.1μg/mlBR浸种后,水培萌发2d的小麦幼根用两相分配法制备质膜。结果表明,BR可明显ie高质膜H+-ATPase活性,并且影响到酶的最适pH及对抑制剂的敏感性,不改变质膜铁氰化钾还原酶活性。BR诱导小麦根质子分泌活性的提高是由于刺激质膜H+-ATPase活性的结果。
In this paper, the effects of epibrassinolide (BR) on the activities of H + -ATPase and potassium ferricyanide reductase in wheat root plasma membrane were studied. After soaking with 0.1μg / ml BR, the plasma membrane was prepared by two-phase partitioning method. The results showed that BR could obviously increase the membrane H + -ATPase activity, and affected the optimum pH of the enzyme and its sensitivity to the inhibitor, without changing the activity of the plasma membrane potassium ferricyanide reductase. BR-induced increase of wheat root proton secretion activity is attributed to stimulation of plasma membrane H + -ATPase activity.
