学校体育的目标是国家教委“八五”期间学校体育方面的重点研究课题之一,也是广大体育理论工作者热衷谈论的问题。我们以往的研究,一般是直接提出学校体育的目标,而没有对提出目标的原则、方法进行探索,因此,我国学校体育目标的研究现状呈现一种非理性状态,表现为盲目追求学校体育目标的数量,而忽视了目标的有效性。本文运用专家调查法,统计法,文献资料法和逻辑推理的方法,针对于全国学校体育目标研究的现状,提出了确定目标应遵循的“五性”,即有限性,有序性、有效性、层次性和稳定性。从“五性”的规律出发就可以减少盲目性,增加自觉性,使我国学校体育目标的符合我国国情,有利于指导我们的实践。
The goal of school physical education is one of the key research topics in school sports during the “Eighth Five-year” period of the State Education Commission. It is also an issue that the majority of sports theory workers are keen to talk about. Our previous studies generally put forward the goal of school physical education directly without exploring the principle and method of putting forward the target. Therefore, the status of school physical education in our country shows an irrational status quo, which is manifested in the blind pursuit of school sports goals Quantity, while ignoring the validity of the target. In this paper, the methods of expert investigation, statistical method, literature review and logical reasoning are used in this paper. According to the status quo of the research on the school physical education objectives in the country, this paper puts forward the “five attributes” that should be followed in determining the goal, namely the limitation, the order and the validity , Level and stability. Starting from the law of “five attributes”, we can reduce the blindness and increase our consciousness so that the objectives of school sports in our country conform to the national conditions of our country and are conducive to guiding our practice.
