Decoction, ancient name soup liquid. It is one of the oldest formulations of traditional Chinese medicine and is most commonly used in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. Decoction is characterized by rapid effect and strong effect, and it is still used by people. Therefore, research on decoction and improvement of its preparation method is an important research topic for the inheritance and development of the Treasury of the motherland. This article seems to discuss some of these issues. First, based on the decoction theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the preparation method of Tangjing was studied. In order to adapt to the clinical needs of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the therapeutic effect, the preparation methods of decoctions have been extensively studied in recent years. For example, a more advanced flow is used in the decoction heating method.
