健肝胶囊由虎杖、茵陈、黄芪、板兰根、拟黑多刺蚁等中药组成。实验结果表明,健肝胶囊能明显对抗小鼠和大 鼠的化学性(CCl_4、D-Gal)肝损伤所致的丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性升高。当健肝胶囊按1g/kg给药后,其作用强度与联苯双酯100mg/kg相似。组织形态学检查证实,健肝胶囊对上述化学药物所引起的动物肝细胞肿胀、脂肪样变性、坏死及纤维增生等均有明显的改善作用,表明它具有一定的保肝降酶作用。此外,健肝胶囊能明显抑制鸭乙型肝炎病毒和提高机体免疫功能。
Jiangan capsules are composed of Chinese medicinal herbs, such as Polygonum cuspidatum, Capillaris membranaceus, Astragalus membranaceus, Brassica rapa, and Pyralidae. The experimental results show that Jiangan capsule can significantly increase the activity of alanine aminotransferase caused by chemical (CCl_4, D-Gal) liver injury in mice and rats. When Jiangan capsules were administered at 1 g/kg, their strength of action was similar to that of bifendate 100 mg/kg. Histomorphological examination confirmed that Jiangan capsule had obvious improvement effects on liver cell swelling, adipose degeneration, necrosis and fibrosis caused by the aforementioned chemical drugs, indicating that it has a certain hepatoprotective and enzymatic activity. In addition, Jiangan capsule can significantly inhibit duck hepatitis B virus and improve immune function.
