目的:探讨有助于确定视盘黑色素细胞瘤恶变的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析10例临床资料和3例病理资料。结果:良性的黑色素细胞瘤可以出现视力下降、视野缺损、玻璃体色素播散、肿瘤的神经纤维层蔓延和黄斑渗出。结论:相关临床症状和体征的发展似乎并不一定提示该良性肿瘤的恶变,除非它们伴有肿块的迅速生长和肿瘤表面颜色的明显改变。眼科学报2000;16:112-115。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features that contribute to the determination of malignancy of optic disc melanocytoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of clinical data and 3 cases of pathological data. Results: Benign melanocytoma may have decreased visual acuity, visual field defects, disseminated vitreous humor, spread of tumor nerve fiber layers and macular exudation. CONCLUSIONS: The development of relevant clinical signs and symptoms does not appear to necessarily prompt malignancy of the benign tumor unless they are accompanied by rapid tumor growth and significant changes in the surface color of the tumor.
