为对闪光爆震弹的非致命效应进行评估,基于多物质的ALE有限元法,运用有限元软件ANSYS/LSDYNA,对闪光爆震弹冲击波效应进行了数值模拟.运用PREPOST处理工具和Matlab仿真软件,对仿真结果和实验数据进行了可视化处理分析,得到了闪光爆震弹冲击波超压随距离的衰减规律,提出了闪光爆震弹的冲击波安全半径的理论分析方法.研究表明:数值模拟结果与实验测试结果基本一致,验证了数值模型和参数选取的合理性,为闪光爆震弹的安全性研究及设计改进提供了重要的参考依据.
In order to evaluate the non-lethal effect of the flash detonation bomb, the multi-material ALE finite element method was used to simulate the shock wave effect of the flash detonation bomb by using the finite element software ANSYS / LSDYNA.With PREPOST processing tool and Matlab simulation software , The simulation results and experimental data were visualized and analyzed, and the decay law of shock overpressure of flash detonation bomb with distance was obtained, and the theoretical analysis method of shock wave safety radius of flash detonation bomb was put forward. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with The experimental results are basically the same, which verify the rationality of the numerical model and parameter selection. It provides an important reference for the safety research and design improvement of flash detonation bombs.
