该文研制出一种新型的电压型电力电子功率放大器,它能把一定频率范围内任意形状的参考波形放大成为稳定的功率级电压源。它采用了电压闭环负反馈以及有效的PID调节环节和相应的超前校正环节,能保证很小的失真率和快速的动态响应能力。所研制的样机在保证功率和效率的同时,使波形失真率在0~1kHz范围内小于1%。波形的动态响应速度很快,上升时间小于30μs,调整时间小于100μs,超调量小于1%。实验结果表明:这种设计和传统的开关功率放大器相比,输出波形显著改善而且动态响应速度更快。
This paper develops a new type of voltage power electronic power amplifier, which can amplify a reference waveform of arbitrary shape in a certain frequency range into a stable power level voltage source. It uses the voltage closed loop negative feedback and effective PID regulation and the corresponding advance correction link, to ensure a small distortion rate and fast dynamic response capability. The developed prototype guarantees the power and efficiency, while the waveform distortion rate in the 0 ~ 1kHz range is less than 1%. Waveform dynamic response speed, rise time is less than 30μs, the adjustment time is less than 100μs, overshoot less than 1%. The experimental results show that this design has significantly improved output waveform and faster dynamic response than traditional switching power amplifiers.
