随着市场经济的发展,“共赢”的观念逐步深入人心,为了使处于以饭店为核心的企业获得长期利益,饭店与顾客的关系问题将逐步得到相关人士的重视。虽然饭店管理人员已十分重视维护与顾客的关系,但是,顾客的忠诚度仍然不高,顾客的流失率依旧没有减少的趋势。在现代市场经济中,只有饭店与顾客达成一种共赢关系,才能获得更大的竞争优势。
With the development of market economy, the concept of “win-win ” has been gradually gaining popularity. In order to obtain the long-term interests of enterprises in the core of the hotel industry, the relationship between the hotel and the customers will be gradually taken seriously by relevant persons. Although hotel managers have attached great importance to maintaining the relationship with customers, however, customer loyalty is still not high, and customer churn rates have not decreased. In the modern market economy, only a win-win relationship between restaurants and customers, in order to gain greater competitive advantage.
