目的了解太和县麻疹流行状况,为加速控制麻疹疫情提供依据。方法分析太和县2000~2004年麻疹监测系统运转情况及相关年龄麻疹和疑似麻疹的免疫史。结果疑似麻疹监测系统报告病例数比法定传染病报告系统多116.09%;疑似麻疹7~14岁占59.04%,13.03%无免疫史,26.06%免疫史不详。结论太和县疑似麻疹监测系统是敏感的。进一步改进和提高监测系统工作质量,将是今后麻疹控制的一项长期和艰巨的任务。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of measles in Taihe County and provide the basis for accelerating the control of measles epidemic. Methods The operation status of measles surveillance system and the immunization history of measles and measles of related ages in Taihe County from 2000 to 2004 were analyzed. Results The number of suspected measles surveillance system reported 116.09% more than that of the legal notifiable infectious disease reporting system. The measles measles of 7-14 years old accounted for 59.04%, 13.03% had no history of immunization and 26.06% history of immunization was unknown. Conclusion Taihe suspected measles surveillance system is sensitive. To further improve and improve the quality of monitoring system work will be a long-term and arduous task for the future control of measles.
