研究了1-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氛)-2-萘酚-6-磷酸(5-Br-PAN-S)与Pb2+的显色反应。试验结果表明,在pH8.5~10范围内Pb2+与5-Br-PAN-S生成了1:1的稳定配合物。该配合物在550nm处有一最大吸收,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.2×104L/mol·cm,铅量在0~60ug/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。采用流基萄糖凝胶分离共存高于富集铅,使选择性提高,检测限降低,用于食品中痕量铅的测定,结果准确可靠。
The color reaction of 5- (5-Br-PAN-S) with Pb2 + in 1- (5-bromo-2-pyridyl) -2-naphthol-6-phosphate was studied. The experimental results showed that Pb2 + and 5-Br-PAN-S formed a stable 1: 1 complex in the pH range of 8.5 ~ 10. The complex has a maximum absorption at 550nm, its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.2 × 104L / mol · cm, and Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 60ug / 25ml of lead. The use of flow-based glucose gel separation coexist higher than the enrichment of lead, the selectivity increased, lower detection limit for the determination of trace amounts of lead in food, the results are accurate and reliable.
