为了解近年来绍兴市越城区群众举报投诉情况,现梳理、查阅、整理2006、2007年群众举报投诉情况受理单、登记表。结果显示群众举报投诉对于维护消费者利益、发挥群众监督等方面起到了重要的作用。对越城区2006-2007年间消费者对食品卫生行业投诉情况分析显示,随着卫生监督部门加大执法力度、创新工作方法、转变执法模式,该区的群众举报投诉情况呈逐年下降之势。
In order to understand the complaints and complaints filed by the people in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City in recent years, we are now reviewing and arranging the reception forms and registration forms of the complaints reported by the masses in 2006 and 2007. The results show that the people’s complaints have played an important role in safeguarding the interests of consumers and in supervising the masses. The analysis of consumer complaints about food hygiene in more urban areas from 2006 to 2007 shows that as the health supervision departments step up their efforts in law enforcement, innovate their working methods and change the mode of law enforcement, the complaints and complaints from the masses in the district have been declining year by year.
