王涛支队成立于抗战后期的1944年10月,是由中共闽粤边委组建的一支反顽自卫武装。这支武装之所以命名为王涛支队,是为了纪念1941年9月被闽西国民党顽固派杀害的中共南方工作委员会委员兼中共闽西特委书记王涛同志。边委任命刘永生为支队长,巫先科为副支队长,陈仲平为代政委兼政治部主任。时光飞逝,屈指一算,王涛支队成立迄今已是67周年了。 Founded in October 1944 in the late Anti-Japanese War, Detachment of Wang Tao was a counter-Armed Defensive Self-Defense Armed Formed by the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the Guangdong Border Party. The reason why this armed group was named Wang Tao detachment was to commemorate Comrade Wang Tao, member of the CPC South China Work Commission and secretary of the CPC Central Committee’s western Fujian Committee, who was murdered by the diehards of the KMT in September 1941. The border appoints Liu Yongsheng as the captain, Wu Xianke as the deputy detachment, and Chen Zhongping as the deputy commissioner and director of the political department.
