大型高炉实现高煤比、高产量生产是高炉炼铁工作者的主要任务。太钢5号高炉2006年10月开炉,通过不断地学习、摸索和生产实践,2007年实现煤比180kg/t和2009年有效容积利用系数达2.51t/(m3·d)、炉缸截面积利用系数达69t/(m2·d),炉况长期稳定顺行和高煤比、高产量成功生产。以此为基础,5号高炉逐步总结出大型高炉实现高煤比、高产量生产时的各项操作制度和参数的量化控制要求。
