近年来应用人工饲料饲养昆虫的研究取得了很大进展,而在工作中饲料防腐和卵块灭菌甚为重要。三化螟卵块由于结构特殊,并覆有绒毛,通常单一的灭菌方法难以使卵块完全灭菌,不能达到灭菌的目的,故前期饲养严重感染,往往造成后期虫源的不足。为了摸索合适的三化螟卵块灭茵法及灭菌适期,我们于1974—1975年进行了研究,取得了初步的结果。 一、材料和方法 供试虫源 为了获得足量和控制不同胚胎期的卵块,采用灯诱捕蛾在笼内产卵,将产下卵块置于室内28±1℃温度下。
