乳酸是机体糖酵解的终末产物。运动过程中,当氧的供虚不充分,不能使糖原最终分解成二氧化碳和水时,在肌肉中就会产生乳酸。肌乳酸透过肌细胞膜进入血液,即为血乳酸。由于运动时血乳酸积累与运动绝对强度有关,并且直接影响运动能力,所以,长期以来,血乳酸常被国内外作为预测运动成绩,制订与修改训练计划、评定运动时机体无氧能力以及运动员选材的一个重要生化指标。然而,血乳酸的测定过程繁杂,取样颇难,教练员不易掌握,运动员因心理威胁也难予接受。为此,寻找—非损伤性的简易方法代替繁琐的血乳酸测定,在目前运动训练实践中具有重要意义。
