以透明质酸(HA)和层粘素(LN)为非胶原性间质成份的代表,观察其对大鼠培养肝实质细胞和人胎肝细胞 ̄3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷( ̄3H-TdR)和 ̄3H-脯氨酸( ̄3H-Pro)掺入的影响。结果表明,正常血清浓度的HA和LN对肝细胞无明显的影响,高浓度则显著抑制 ̄3H-TdR及 ̄3H-Pro的掺入,但抑制程度和剂量递增无显著相关性。
