薏苡属种间杂种F_1性状遗传的研究

通过薏苡属薏苡与川谷杂交,研究了获得杂种的方式,并对杂种F1及其双亲进行了植物学、农艺学性状的观察比较。结果表明:反交较正交易获得杂种;川谷的抗性、粒重等特性在F1中得到表达,杂种F1在形态性状、生长势、生物产量等方面具有较大优势;杂种F1代表现一定程度的不育,结实率为30—50%。本文对薏苡属居群演化提出了新的看法。 By crossing Coix lachryma-jobi and Chuan valley, the way of obtaining hybrids was studied, and the botany and agronomic traits of hybrid F1 and its parents were observed and compared. The results showed that hybrids were obtained in the reciprocal crosses; the resistance and grain weight were all expressed in F1, and hybrid F1 had greater advantages in morphological traits, growth vigor and biomass yield. Hybrid F1 represented a certain degree The sterile, seed setting rate of 30-50%. This article put forward a new opinion on the population evolution of Coix lachryma.
