目的 探讨腘绳肌不同的牵伸待续时间及频率对肌肉柔韧性的影响。 方法 93名受试者,平均年龄26.24(±5.31)岁,男性61名,女性32名,均无髋、膝、股骨及腰部疾病病史,右膝关节伸展度均降低30°以上。实验前受试者不进行任何体育锻炼及下肢的训练。右膝关节ROM测定:受试者仰卧位,在股骨大转子、股骨外侧髁、外侧踝进行标记,然后使受试者右髋关节被动屈曲90°,再被动伸直膝关节。当受试者感到腘绳肌紧张、不适,或施力者感到抵抗时,即为此膝关节最大的伸展角度。测量与记录膝关节ROM角度。通过对研究中对照组所测量值信度(r=0.97)与以前资料的信度(r=0.91)进行对比,结果提示,如应用加长臂测角仪,则腘绳肌柔韧性的测定能维持其准确性。
Objective To investigate the effect of different duration and frequency of hamstring on muscle flexibility. Methods A total of 93 subjects, mean age 26.24 (± 5.31) years, 61 males and 32 females, had no history of hip, knee, femur and lumbar disease, and their right knee joint extensibility was reduced by more than 30 °.
