目的减少由于节能液压源下的阀控系统变增益带来的跟踪误差.方法提出位置跟踪系统开环增益的观测器设计方法,运用自调节前馈补偿原理对控制系统进行动态补偿.结果实验证明动态补偿方法提高了位置跟踪精度.结论采用自调节前馈补偿技术能够有效地减小由变增益带来的误差.
Objective To reduce the tracking error caused by variable gain of the valve control system under the energy-saving hydraulic pressure source. Methods An observer design method for observing the open-loop gain of position tracking system is proposed. The self-adjusting feedforward compensation principle is used to dynamically compensate the control system. The experimental results show that the dynamic compensation method improves the position tracking accuracy. Conclusion The self-adjusting feedforward compensation technique can effectively reduce the error caused by variable gain.
