秦山200MWe核电厂燃料组件的上、下管座是由不同厚度的板角块、角钢等拼焊而成的。焊缝集中,有长有短,形成交叉接头。在焊接过程中易产生焊接缺陷,如夹渣、气孔等,且整个管座焊接后变形难以控制;因此,焊后精加工尺寸无法达到设计要求。该厂采用组装-焊接工艺,自行设计、加工了三套管座焊接用转动夹具,完成了焊接工艺评定试验;确定了焊接工艺参数,制定了一套管座组装、焊接工艺质保措施等。1987年8月7~9日的部工艺审定会上通过了工艺审定,目前已用于管座生产。

In the welding process easy to produce welding defects, such as slag, porosity, and the entire tube after welding deformation is difficult to control; therefore, after welding finishing size can not meet the design requirements. The factory adopted the assembly-welding process to design and process three sets of rotary fixtures for the welding of the pipe seats. The welding process qualification test was completed. The welding process parameters were determined and a set of pipe seat assembly and welding quality assurance measures were formulated. August 1987, Department of Process validation at 7 to 9 passed the validation process has been used for the production base.
