目的:检测消痰和胃方对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜组织NF-κB通路的影响,探讨该方干预胃癌前病变的机制。方法:清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠,空白对照组和模型组,模型组采用以化学干预为主的多因素造模方法,共32周。模型组再分为模型对照组、维酶素组、消痰和胃方组。干预6周后采用Western blot检测大鼠胃黏膜组织中p-NF-κB p65蛋白表达的差异。结果:与模型对照组相比,消痰和胃方组p-NF-κB p65表达降低(P<0.05),维酶素组无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且消痰和胃方能改善胃癌前病变大鼠整体情况,较维酶素更优。结论:消痰和胃方防治胃癌前病变的机制有可能通过干预NF-κB通路实现的,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To detect the influence of Xiaotan Heweifang on gastric mucosal NF-κB pathway in gastric precancerous lesions and to explore the mechanism of intervention on gastric precancerous lesions. Methods: Clean Wistar male rats, blank control group and model group, the model group using chemical intervention based multi-factor modeling method, a total of 32 weeks. The model group was further divided into model control group, verapamil group, Xiaotan and Weifang group. Western blot was used to detect the difference of p-NF-κB p65 protein expression in gastric mucosa 6 weeks after intervention. Results: Compared with the model control group, the expression of p-NF-κB p65 in Phlegm-Stomach Group and Fufang Decoction group was decreased (P <0.05), and there was no statistical significance in the vitamins group (P> 0.05) Improve the overall condition of rats with gastric precancerous lesions, better than vitamin. Conclusion: The mechanism of Phlegm-Resolving and Stomach-Preventive Action against gastric precancerous lesions may be achieved through the intervention of NF-κB pathway, which deserves further study.
